Perfect Harmony
After taking eight years off to work as a lawn mower, a lifeguard, a cobbler, and a fishermen in Peru, Kids writer Harmony Korine is back on the scene with a feature called Mr Lonely. It's the story of a Michael Jackson impersonator (Y Tu Mama Tambien's Diego Luna, above with Korine) who falls in love with a Marilyn Monroe impersonator (Samantha Morton). "I chose Diego because I wanted Michael to be played by a Mexican," Korine says. "I just saw him that way." Don't we all. Gummo's pretty much one of our favorite movies, don't ask, so we can't wait.
