Where's the Beef?

Young Hollywood idol Shia LaBeouf was ticketed last month for "unlawful smoking" outside a Burbank gift shop cloyingly named Skyblupink, but failed to show up in court at 8AM yesterday for his arraignment on the misdemeanor. Now the judge has issued a $1,000 bench warrant. No one's sure where the Indiana Jones star is holing up, although it's said he was spotted over the weekend at Goa in Hollywood. (E! Update: LaBeouf's lawyer appeared in court today and pled not guilty to the illegal smoking charge on behalf of his client. Not sure we'll follow any new developments.
