Jane Erred

Actor Thomas Jane, 39, was arrested on suspicion of DUI late last night after the California Highway Patrol stopped him on the I-5 driving his 2008 Maserati at 124 MPH. Which seems reasonable. Police said he was cooperative performing the field sobriety test and later having his blood taken at the Kern Medical Center. Jane was booked, jailed, and later released. The star of The Mist and The Punisher is married to Medium star Patricia Arquette, so he should have seen this coming.
