Bailey Does Burj Dubai
Like a moth to a flame I was drawn from my hotel to the still-under-construction-like-everything-else Burj Dubai. It's not that it doesn't look tall, it's more that the mere fact of its existence makes the brain scramble to shrink it to some level of comprehension. Only when I started taking pictures did I really begin to comprehend how off-the-charts it is and how impossible it is to convey that.
When finished, it will consume so much electricity that the power required just to cool it is equivalent to melting 10,000 tons of ice per day. For more fun facts go here, and for more pics go here.
