Smart-Ass Water

Art lovers were left feeling a little queazy after the "Dial M for Madonna" art show opening reception at the World of Wonder Storefront Gallery, not because of the 100 paintings of an often-naked Madonna, but because the bottles of blessed Kabbalah water the gallery offered patrons were significantly past their expiration date, unbeknownst to the curators. "We apologize to any attendees who may have suffered upset stomachs from drinking the stale Kabbalah water," said co-curator Steven Corfe, who is in the process of seeking compensation from the Kabbalah Centre for the pricey water. "I sympathize deeply with fellow attendees, not least because I suffered a few religious movements of my own the following morning."
