Happy Fourth of July: Watermelon Linked to Viagra

"Did you know that I am a watermelon fiend? Seriously. I have always loved watermelon. Who knew?" said Randy Barbato this morning after reading this story from the Associated Press. Here's the gist:

Watermelons contain an ingredient called citrulline that can trigger production of a compound that helps relax the body's blood vessels, similar to what happens when a man takes Viagra, said scientists in Texas, one of the nation's top producers of the seedless variety.
