Years of high heels and freaky moves on stage have taken their toll of the tiny talent's bones, and the only-47 Purple One has finally had to book himself into a private hospital to have his acetabulum replaced with titanium and space-age plastic. He's allotted himself two months to recuperate from the hip surgery. Says a source: "He is totally crushed because he knows he will never be the same again." Definitely not the same, better.
