Rain Man

Just like they do every year, the Academy Awards have closed down an entire block in Hollywood to roll out their street-length red carpet. And just like they do every year, there is a mad scramble to cover everything in plastic wrap to protect it from the rain. Nine times out of ten, the sun makes a last minute appearance at the Sunday ceremony, but this year, thing's ain't looking too promising.
