Although you can't tell from her pathetic mug shot, when 64-year-old Lucille Gatchell heard it was Sandra Bullock and Jesse James' car she crashed head-on into on Friday night in Gloucester, Massachusetts, she started laughing. "She was pretty giddy," said the officer at the scene. And drunk. Gatchell blew a .20 on the breathalyzer, was arrested, taken to the station, and booked on DUI. Bullock and James said they were fine, didn't need medical attention, and walked away hugging. (Celebrity Smack)
