More About Dick Quest

More details emerged over the weekend concerning CNN reporter Richard Quest's early-morning arrest in Central Park. Initially picked up for loitering (he immediately confessed to holding methamphetamine), cops soon discovered a rope around his neck that was tied to his genitals, and a sex toy in his boot. Misdemeanor charges against Quest will be dropped if he undergoes six months of drug counseling. (NY Post via Towleroad)
