Beyoncé and Beyond

The NY Daily News is saying that Beyoncé will retire from performing after she finishes work on her new album. Knowles' cousin Angelica told a source at the paper that after the album, Beyonce plans to get into scouting talent for husband Jay-Z's new label, Carter Music Group. And the singer's already found her first find: R&B artist Chelsea Thomas.
