What the Butler Sawed
When Siegfried and Roy's tiger Sahra died, she presented a problem for the flamboyant duo. The traditional ritual for their dead animals – which Roy insisted on – had always been to cremate them, put them in urns, and display them on shelves in Roy's bedroom, where he kept the ashy remains of various departed dogs and cats. But Sahra was too large to fit into the magicians' small furnace. In The Secret Life of Siegfried and Roy," the new tell-all from their ex-security chief, Jim Mydlach says their vet told him to cut the animal up to fit the furnace. Dismembering the beautiful tiger's corpse was "one of the worst experiences of my life," he says. (Page Six)
