Naomi Campbell took the "class" out of "first-class" again, in that way she has. This afternoon it was outside the First Class Lounge at Heathrow, where she attacked a policeman who had come to the aid of British Airlines staff who couldn't appease the model who you could say had completely lost it over a missing piece of carry-on.
