If in fact the remains of Kurt Cobain were stolen from Courtney Love's house in May ("They're all I had left of him," Love wailed at the time), they are now allegedly in the possession of Australian artist Natascha Stellmach, who currently has them displayed in the "I Just Wanted You to Love Me" death-themed group exhibition at Berlin's Wagner + Partner galley. Stellmach, who intends to smoke Cobain mixed with hash in a doobie at the end of the show, won't say how she acquired the ashes, only that it's "confidential and kind of magic. They came to me. And I am setting him free." Sounds like she's already high. (Guardian; t/y Kristy)
