Talley Ho!

The story conjures up images not safe for the squeamish, but bears telling. The bulky six-foot-eight behemoth Andre Leon Talley, Vogue's editor-at-large (with the emphasis on "large"), was spotted shopping for XXL Calvin Klein thong underwear at Macy's recently. Urp! But the clerk, perhaps visualizing the product on the customer and realizing nobody wants to see that, denied Talley's request to open a store credit-card account. "It was a big fiasco," a source told Page Six. Talley, short on cash, left and returned later to pick up his banana hammocks.
