While most of the world is scratching its collective head over whether that's really Lindsay Lohan blowing her ex-boyfriend Calum Best in a grainy photo circling the World Wide Web, two women are competing for her affections. It looks like the deejay Samantha Ronson, 30, is winning over Courtenay Semel, 28. Even though both have told Lohan they're in love with her, only Ronson got a heart-stopping message that read, "Your [sic] all I have to live for babe. I want to marry you and have children with you.
