The 4,400 square-foot fourth-floor space, with three bedrooms, two-and-a-half bathrooms, gourmet kitchen, office, laundry room, and balcony, will go for somewhere around $25,000 a month, $3,000 a month more than Ledger was paying. You don't wait around in a hot rental market like this," said a New York real estate agent.
