Charity Begins at Home(less)

Four years ago, while shooting a movie in Toronto, Colin Farrell took a homeless man named Stress into a radio station that was offering $2,000 to whomever brought Farrell into the studio. On Tuesday, Farrell was back in Toronto with Woody Allen's Cassandra's Dream at the film festival and he found the same guy (not coincidentally hanging around outside Farrell's hotel) and took him on a $2,100 shopping spree, which included buying him a sleeping bag, a backpack filled with socks, a $500 waterproof jacket, pants, boots, the works. Then Farrell withdrew $830 from an ATM and gave it to him for a year's lodging. The owner of the outdoor gear store said, "They seemed like they were best buddies, like they've known each other for years." "He proved he's an awesome guy," said the chauffeur who drove them.
