What's That Smell?

At the Mercedes-Benz fashion week party at the Armory in New York, Marc Jacobs' on-again boyfriend Jason Preston wore a dead mouse pinned to his lapel with a brooch. The accessory was given to him by Courtney Love, with whom he arrived at the party, so he felt it would be rude to remove it – you don't look a gift whore in the mouth and all that. But you'd think PETA, monitoring the fashion shows, would have been all over him with hot oil. Not so. A rep for the org said simply, "When your only claim to fame is that you date a designer, I guess you go to extremes to gain attention." Burn. (Photo: TMZ via WENN)
