Nanny Dearest

Tori Spelling's baby nurse, Patsy Lemmers, has become a reality TV star and she knows how to work the paparazzi, reports an ABC News story on the pitfalls and perks of being a nanny to a celebrity's kid. In a scene from Oxygen's reality show Tori & Dean: Inn Love, the story points out, Lemmers (who has her own MySpace page) is followed on an errand to buy a pregnancy test for her famous boss, who's worried she might be pregnant so soon after her son, Liam, was born. "Guys, successful mission," she says to the eager snappers upon her return, test in hand. "Here's your chocolate bar."
