The Hills Are Afire

People reports that engaged stars of MTV's reality show The Hills, Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt, had a unscripted experience on Sunday when the flames of one of the wildfires ripping through Los Angeles trapped them in their house. After Montag called 911, the couple used a garden hose to contain the fire. When the firemen arrived (big fans of the show?), they made the star leave. "The fire is out now,” Pratt told Ryan Seacrest on his morning radio show on Monday. But the crisis got Montag all introspective; she realized it hadn't been a stunt for their show, but was, like, really real. “Spencer was down there with the garden hose and I was like, oh, what have our lives come to!”
