Nix to Daughter's Pix
Not only has Madonna taken Christmas away from her children – and by distant association, really, all of us – but now she's put the kibosh on 11-year-old Lourdes' chance to score a featured part in Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince, surely every little girl's dream. Mother claims she nixed it because she wants daughter to have a normal childhood (like that's even possible), but we think it's because she's frightened Lourdes will be a better actress than she is (which is easily possible). Madge has her work cut out for her: Apparently the little offspring is in demand; a source says sponsorship and movie offers have been pouring in. If Lourdes had been allowed to shoot the Potter film, she'd have worked with Ralph Fiennes' nine-year-old nephew, Hero Fiennes Tiffin, who's cast as Lord Voldemort as a child.
