Oprah's Favorite Things

Yesterday, Oprah took her "Oprah's Favorite Things" show to Macon, Georgia, and gave away the random things companies give her to give away for the kind of endorsement you can't simply pay for. The audience of wild, shrieking, overexcited women lubricating in their seats were gifted with the usual basket of soaps, hideous casual knitwear in every color way, kitchen gadgets, mixers, books, creams, measuring spoons, and this year the most expensive gift Oprah's ever given away on her show: the LG HDTV Refrigerator LSC27991– a high-tech entertainment center with a LCD TV, DVD hookup, radio and slideshow option for digital photos. Everything but a trash compactor. For good reason.
