Leave Santa Alone!

There's a movement afoot in Australia to stop Santas saying "ho ho ho" because it might frighten children and sounds too much like the slang for "whore." He is being urged to say "ha ha ha" instead. Which will sound like Santa's laughing at them and both men and women will be offended. Who are these Sheilas so insecure that they're offended by this? Next up: Santas accused of pedophilia when they hoist children on their laps at the mall. (Yahoo!)

"Gimme a break," said Julie Gale, who runs the campaign against sexualizing children called Kids Free 2B Kids. "We are talking about little kids who do not understand that "ho, ho, ho" has any other connotation and nor should they," she told the Telegraph. "Leave Santa alone."
