Doc: More Nip Than Tuck

It's learned today that Kanye West's mother, Donda, had a tummy tuck and breast reduction during an eight-hour surgery that should have taken only four, was sent home afterward instead of to a recovery center, and was already dead when paramedics arrived to take her to the hospital. The procedure was performed by Dr Jan Adams, a plastic surgeon who is not board certified, has been arrested and convicted several times for DUI, was twice sued for medical malpractice, and in April nearly had his physician and surgeon's certificate revoked.
