This week's Clothes Whores winner is co-executive producer Stephanie Chambers, who turns it out with this bow-adorned, superbly unconventional charcoal number. The brimming bow is very Charlize-at-the-Oscars, while accessorizing with a black Alice Band evokes a hint of Serious-Paris-on-a-Court-Date. Although we're sure that wasn't intentional on Stephanie's part.
