Writers Blocked

Termpaper001Students will now have to take their chances with the geeks two doors down to write their essays and term papers for them, instead of simply copying and pasting something off the internet. Google has informed companies that sell essays and reports online that their accessibility will no longer be welcome as of next month. The report comes from England, but Google is Google wherever there's a student with a computer and a deadline. Faculty and administrators at universities everywhere have sent up a collective cheer for this ban. The president of Universities UK, Professor Drummond Bone, said (dryly?), "Making life harder for these cynical web 'essay mills' is a step in the right direction." Seems around 90% of educational institutions in Britain find it necessary to use special computer software to catch plagiarists. The managing director of Essaywriter.co.uk, told the BBC that the ban would unfairly punish legitimate companies selling essays for study purposes only, wink wink. We're just glad all those higher-learning years are behind us. However, while we were waiting for someone to devise Blogwriter.com, we realized they already had: It's called Source.
