For Whom the Bell Rings

This morning's Ring My Bell guest is Leslie Hall, Gem sweater aficionado and musical star of such hits as, er, "Gem Sweater," "Beat-dazzler," and "Shazam: I'm Glamorous" (listen to them here). Leslie dazzled at a free show at the Hammer Museum in Los Angeles last night, the highlight being her troupe of background dancers, The Junior Gems, a bunch of eight-year-old girls made up to look like mini-Leslies, complete with mini Mid-Western up-dos and tiny Gem sweaters.
