Blame James Redux
As we mentioned yesterday, Svedka vodka has been in the news a lot recently, especially very recently when it was revealed that it's the official cosponsor (with WOW TV) of the James St. James book-launch party. St. James, author of the YA novel Freak Show, does enjoy a Swedish cocktail, trust us. The party's tonight at 7 inside a storefront that's been gussied up better than any high-school gym, we think – to jibe with the theme of both the book and the party, which is Prom Queen. So if you're driving down Hollywood Boulevard and you pass a block that seems to glitter and has a more-concentrated-than-usual collection of queens smoking cigarettes and whatnot on the Walk of Fame, you'll have the 411. Meanwhile, enjoy one of Svedka's "Blame Svedka" commercials.
