We know. You're sick of this pic. So are we. But just this once more. Because Dr Susan Blank, executive director of psychiatric services for Caron Treatment Centers, points out the signs of Lohan's substance abuse on her face in this mug shot. GLASSY EYES
Alcohol can change the dilation of pupils and cause redness of the eyes, according to Blank.

BLACK AND BLUE UNDER EYES
"Alcohol has a direct effect on bone marrow," says Blank. "The result is that the bone marrow does not make platelets, which cause the blood to clot." Without clotting, the skin bruises.

RED NOSE AND ACNE
"It is not uncommon for people who use a lot of alcohol to develop acne and a specific type of acne called rosacea, which is on the nose," says Blank. "Like W. C. Fields' nose that's all puffy and ugly looking."

LIMP, STRINGY HAIR
"The malnutrition that comes with alcohol, because it prevents the absorption of some of the B vitamins, can cause you to lose hair," explains Blank.
