Our number-one most infuriating discovery when we're circling the block looking for a space to park is a car rudely positioned in the center of a spot obviously meant for two vehicles. And we think we're not alone in wanting to chuck a brick through its windshield, because "two spots, one car" is the first offense listed on the notice above.
