People are so fucking paranoid and scared in this country it's wonder anyone even leaves the house. Yeah, bombs, covered in LED cartoons. Not that again.
That said, I hope the fucker that made them gets his balls slammed in a door. He corrupted the soul and vision of LED street art - using it to shove crumby T.V. ads down people's throats. So fucking cheap. The worst part is that he probably knows something about street art - and instead of protecting it's integrity, he took a huge shit in the livingroom.
