We Heart Art

The LA graffiti artist who goes by the tag prvtdncr is one-half of the SweaterQueens who are opening their art show tonight at 8PM in WOW's storefront gallery. (The other half of SQ is Bodega Vendetta.) prvtdncr has been honored with an eight-page spread in the recent issue of the quarterly zine Butt, the opening spread of which, "david geffen hates you," is shown here. The caption:

I went to high school with '90s porn star Matt Gunther. He had a huge dick but a rotten personality. Porn stars make way more money as call boys than they ever could making movies. And at the height of his fame Matt was pulling in over $1,000 an hour hustling. He eventually got a madame and was sent out to super high-end clients. Once, a client ordered three boys. They all showed up at the same time and waited in the foyer. The client checked them out, selected the one he liked best and paid two of the boys to leave. Matt loved that he got sent home, but was bummed that he didn't get to see more of the art collection.
