I used to lifeguard at a wave pool outside of DC in High School - I can't even DESCRIBE to you how dirty those filters would get on a daily basis. And we only had about half that amount in the pool at any given time. You are essentially looking at a warm soup of human filth.
And don't even get me started on how dangerous that whole scene looks to me. There's no way on earth anyone (or team) could effectively supervise a pool like that....
