James Brown's estate gets more tangled every day. As the Godfather of Soul's children and other relatives battle in court to get whatever inheritance is left, a co-executor of the estate has resigned, replacing $350,000 of the late sex machine's money he admits to misappropriating. And one of Brown's grandchildren, Forlando Brown, who says "People are greedy," accused his aunts and uncles of trying to break trusts to get at Papa's money. When James Brown died last Christmas at 73, his friends and relatives – and a certain backup singer claiming to be the mother of his child – fought among themselves for the singer's fortune, delaying his burial for three months.
