Pump Up the Volume

What look like the latest mice from Apple are actually adjustable breast implants, designed to end "implant remorse." After the implants are inserted (usually) under the skin and a port left open, the surgeon takes the patient in front of a mirror and inflates the implants to the desired size. The saline breasts can be adjusted and readjusted over weeks, changing from office size to party size as needed – even one much larger than the other if that's the look you're after.
