The Puppet Mistress

If you take a moment to look up from those damn Walk of Fame stars, you're apt to spot Beth, who's usually somewhere along Hollywood Boulevard with her puppets Dolly and Billy. Might be in front of Mann's Chinese Theater or at the corner of Vine or, as she was yesterday, outside Scooby's hot dog stand. The friendly lady on wheels says she bought her dummies 14 years ago at the amazing Hollywood Toys & Costumes (also on Hollywood Boulevard) and she loves having them chat with you. We think Dolly could star as Anna Nicole in the all-puppet sequel to Dark Roots. (Photos: Thairin Smothers)
