Liza Minnelli's ex, music promoter David Gest, is turning his life into a musical-comedy traveling show (like it isn't already), produced by and starring himself. Called David Gest Is Nuts: My Life As a Musical, it will feature 20 top-five songs performed by the original artists, including Gloria Gaynor's "I Will Survive" and Shalimar's "I Can Make You Feel Good," both of which sound like there's some creepy ego-boosting written into the script. Gest also intends to introduce some jungle characters he made famous during his stint on the UK's I'm a Celebrity – Get Me Out of Here reality show, like the "little people in David land." In an uncharacteristically verbose statement, Gest's best friend Michael Jackson said, "We never thought we would see the day David Gest would sing and dance in public. Now he is working on flips and dances with little people. Considering David can't sing and can't dance it will be amazing to see just how nuts he gets on stage!" The show is set to open in February in London and then tour around the British Isles. (ITN; photo: WENN)
