There IS a There There

So The Weinstein Company is going to release Todd Haynes' Bob Dylan biopic, I'm Not There. I'm wondering what the strategy is behind that and how it relates to Factory Girl. Are there new Dylan songs in the film that Harvey's going to make a big 2008 Oscar push for in exchange for Dylan dropping his Factory Girl lawsuit, or is he like, "Fuck Dylan! Now he's gonna have to put up with my shit for another year. Grumble grumble crumbs crumbs..." Either is classic Harvey. (Variety) (Obviously 6 Believers)
