Lindsay: Partially Unloaded

Looks like Lindsay Lohan will be calling in sick to work again. The actress suffered a fractured wrist (in two places!) while attending a NY Fashion Week party at Milk Studios. According to publicist Leslie Sloan, her client slipped while walking in an outdoor area in flat Channel boots. Lohan was dutifully rushed to St Vincent's Hospital by her driver, and there is now an investigation underway possibly leading to a lawsuit due to Lohan's claim that the studio didn't take adequate precautions on its property to prevent her from falling. Sloane added that her client had been scheduled to go back to LA for movie meetings, and that her "lawyers are looking into" the situation because the accident may have affected her ability to work and attend some of the meetings.

While the youngster is taking a load off her wrist so it can heal (in two places!), she's unloading that condo in the 32-story Sierra Towers on the Sunset Strip she bought last year for $1.9 million but never moved into. She's asking $2.9 million for the three-bedroom corner unit, which she never entered, let alone remodeled. Lohan prefers hotels, preferably the Chateau Marmont, though it's said she's looking to buy a house. (LATimes)
