Million Dollar Posting: Final Episode Alert

"Well, it wasn't an easy show to produce," says Million Dollar Listing's beautiful producer, Michaline Babich, as the final episode of the popular series draws near (it's tonight, in fact, at 9PM on Bravo). "I need botox," she says. "I'm wearing the series between my brows – hint hint, Randy and Fenton – like a wrap gift. Our lead editor, Mike Rysavy had to run off to Vegas midway through production to blow off steam. Unfortunately, he came back with crabs and the editing room got a bit crowded. Afsheen Family, who started off as a logger, was the last one standing and ended up field-producing the last three months of shooting. If you need someone in a foxhole, pick Afsheen; when the apocalypse comes it will be him and the chickens left standing. After a year of working on the show we all feel like experts in real estate and might just start our own firm."

What Michaline neglected to mention in her glowing praise is that I was so terrified about going out to shoot by myself that I had to stop at the Malibu public library to throw up before meeting Scotty Brown at his office for my first day of filming.

And, horror of horrors, the library was being renovated, so I ended up barfing in a port-a-potty.

(Yes, she really is that scary to work for.)

I watched the marathon over the weekend, and was totally sucked in. :)

Then this morning, I drove by a house for sale that had a "reduced" sign on and I felt so smart. (It doesn't take much.)

Yay for Michaline and Afsheen! And crabs!

What a f%$#'n nightmare that job was! Mike, Afsheen and Michaline need therapy and a goddamned congressional medal of honor for hanging in there. As for me I bailed, I'd never been on such a screwed up job in my life, that is 'ceppin' that one with the old ladies. Seriously, I lost my religion.

I was always interested in the business but this show has really confirmed that this is for me. My brother is a general contractor and I am looking to make a career change. I was intending on perusing a certification or a masters at NYU but I'm questioning the cost. Are there any schools in NYC that anyone could recommend for a license?

Singapore's 1st cellular phone Launch is Singtel Mobile. Until 1997, they didn't have any competition, and they covered almost the entire country. Competition became quitestrong when M1 surfaced. The 1st system launched was the AMPS, otherwise known as the Ancient Mobile Phone System. When they realized that their system was outdated, they replaced it with a newer system called ETACS, or Exceedingly Tough to Access Call System. When they realized their subscribers were not happy with this new installation, they replaced it with a new technology they have implemented with Ericsson - it was called GSM. It was doing well at first until things were Gotten Slightly Messy. When it got to the bad fortune where people Got So Mad, they decided to get into the 3rd generation technology called PCN.

folks weren't happy with this technology as well as it was Poor Coverage Network and every time subscribers tried to call, they Phui Chao Nua because they can't get through. So SiSingtel decided to rename PCN to GSM1800 Network, or Get Some More Idiotic Bums Onto Our Network. When M1 launched, they also put into place GSM until they learnedfrom Singtel's experience. They decided to go for CDMA, but only after a several weeks of launching, they realized that this supposedly advanced system Can't Do Much anyhow.
