Shelf Life: Mother Love
We went to see Courtney Love sign her book Dirty Blonde last night at the Virgin Megastore. Unfortunately, we didn't take our camera, so here's one from Laist. Anyway, she was a little bigger than expected but very sweet. What we really wanted to say to her was, "OMG, Courtney, I just saw Kurt Cobain About a Son at the AFI Fest, and my favorite part was when you asked Kurt to make a bottle of Similac for Frances Bean. It was so sweet. You're the best mom. The best!" But having heard that the filmmakers couldn't use any of Kurt's recordings, and since she was a little bigger than expected, instead we talked about her acting. She said she's going to be filming a new movie with Milos Forman in nine months. Could it be Amarillo Slim?
