We thought this was a photo of Catherine Deneuve for a second, but it's actually Anna Nicole Smith as she looked at her Supreme Court hearing the other day. It's no wonder the judges found in her favor, allowing her to continue to battle for her inheritance. That settled for a moment, Smith gossip focus has shifted to whether she's pregnant with the child of not-so-secret boyfriend, USA Today journalist Larry Birkhead. Her lawyer and mouthpiece Howard K Stern, who was such a delightful presence in her reality show, has told the AP, "If Anna Nicole is pregnant, she obviously doesn't want anybody to know yet. If she's not pregnant, she's not denying the rumor because she thinks it's funny how much of a stir it's causing. She'll leave it up to you to guess which one it is." Is that clear?
