Shaq Had Their Back

A heartwarming story from our sports desk. Shaquille O'Neal took pursuit of a hooligan who hurled bottles from his car as well as anti-gay epithets at a couple walking down the street in South Beach early Sunday morning. When the offender sped off, Shaq followed him, eventually flagging down an officer who arrested the teenager for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. Shaq, the giant Miami Heat center, is in the process of becoming a Miami Beach reserve officer in the hope of one day being a police chief or county sheriff. Gee, you'd think the kid would be happy he already grew up to become a star basketball player. (Yahoo)
