Santiago Calatrava's South Street Tower in New York City is seeking 14 occupants from around the world. The search started with a full-page ad in Variety. Prices start at $29 million.

I for one am super excited that Santiago Calatrava is building something so cool and original in New York. Maybe someday he'll manage to purge all the crap Trump has put up.

It's good that these kind of things happen... but, oh god, what a horrible building. Calatrava's buildings are the as disgusting as it gets.
