Would He Balls

People often wonder what the difference is between the British and Americans, besides teeth. While reading today's Sun, I decided that I've found it. Would a man in a US bar who said flippantly "If my team wins I'll cut off my balls" actually go home and do it? A man with no previous history of psychological disorders? Would he prise them off with blunt wire cutters? Would he then put them in a bag and go back to the pub to show everyone? Would he?
