Brad Covers the WaterfrontMonday, August 22, 2011 02:00 PM
While Brad Pitt is in Scotland pretending it's Philadelphia for the zombie movie World War Z, he's on the cover of this week's New York magazine stumping for his September-release movie, Moneyball, a biopic about the manager of the underdog Oakland A's. He shares the cover with his Moneyball co-star, the incredible shrinking Jonah Hill, whom Pitt finds to be "a revelation in this thing... a study in reserve." Which makes sense if you believe a friend of ours who thinks that the thinner Hill gets the less funny he'll become, which has been the sad fate of some other once-fat comics (we're not laughing at you, Seth Rogen and Horatio Sanz). And that photo of Hill below by Nadav Kandar, from inside the mag, is certainly a study in reserve.

We believe Video did not kill the radio star, but only hurt her feelings.
