royal stink: Marie Antoinette's signature fragrance now availableTuesday, July 26, 2011 04:01 PM
Now's your chance to smell like a silly, dithering twit! Yes, a mere 218 years after her death, Marie Antoinette's signature fragrance is being released by the French perfume house Lubin. According to Stylite: "Black Jade was originally formulated by royal perfumer Jean-Louis Fargeon as an homage to the queen's rose-filled garden's in Versaille. Marie Antoinette kept a a small vial with her at all times, even right up to her death, and it was this unmistakable smell that gave away her disguise as she fled the palace during the French Revolution."
