Lindsay was so lucky, but she blew it. First, she was able to avoid jail time by being under house arrest in her mansion in Venice Beach. She could have had as many people over as she wanted as long as NO ONE WENT ON THE ROOF. The judge, the media, and the general public would have been none the wiser to her partying. I mean, she has 3,000 square feet in which to party. Does she REALLY need to go on the roof with the prying eyes of the paparazzi she KNEW were watching her every move? SO because of the rooftop pictures of her drinking, she has to go to court only to find out she no longer has to submit to drug and alcohol tests because her last judge required them only until February 25! WTF? NOW she's only allowed to have one friend over to her house at a time, in addition to family members. So what I'm saying is, if she had just stayed off of the roof, she could have partied any time of the day or night and with as many friends as she wanted, right?
