After months out of the limelight, Heidi Montag reappeared this weekend at some pool party in Las Vegas. (The same pool party Hef's ex Crystal Harris partied at on the day of their cancelled wedding.) Heidi says she worked out 14 hours a day leading up to the party because she wanted to look her best.
